German Pork Hock, also known as pork knuckle, roasted ham hock or Schweinshaxe, is a traditional Bavarian dish that’s popular not only during the Oktoberfest but all year round.
Best to eat with roast potato and to serve with beer or red wine.
In oven and grill
- Set the oven temperature at 180°c
- Open the pouch, transfer to baking tray, we suggest to add slice of potato below the pork knuckle
- Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, until skin get crispy
- Remove from oven and serve.
