1) Remove sous vide bag and place a knob of butter on the top of roulade and place onto baking tray. (garnish your preferred vegetables.
2) Drizzle some olive oil (if prefer) bake in preheated oven at 180°C for 20 mins to 30 mins.
3) Keep the jus from the turkey roulade and make sauces.
