Singapore-Wide Delivery:
Free standard delivery is available for orders over $165 SGD. For orders under this amount, a $20 SGD fee applies.There is no minimum order requirement.

Timing:
Next-day delivery is available for standard orders placed before 2:00 PM. Please allow 2 business days for orders containing specialized items (like roasts or cold cuts).

Schedule & Procedure:
We deliver Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (excluding Sundays and Public Holidays). While specific delivery times cannot be guaranteed due to
logistics, we strive for efficiency. Customers must inspect and verify the entire order upon receipt before signing off.

Credit & Debit Cards:
We accept all major cards via PayPal’s secure site; a PayPal account is not required for guest checkout. PayPal provides buyer protection. Order preparation begins immediately.

Bank Transfer (Internet/ATM):
Accepted from all banks in Singapore to DBS Current 065-902509-9.We ship once
payment is confirmed.

Inspect Upon Receipt:
Please check all products upon arrival. If you receive a wrong item
or one in incorrect storage conditions, highlight this immediately to the driver and reject the item.

Order Acceptance:
Once the Delivery Order is signed, the items are considered accepted. We cannot assume responsibility for product issues reported after this point.

Resolutions:
For any items properly rejected at delivery, we will issue a full refund for that specific item or provide a replacement, according to your preference.
