A thick texture due to the action, during cooking, of naturally occurring
pectins in citrus fruit. With 90% fruit content, a 100% natural product always free of colouring agents and added flavouring, even of natural origin. An intense, concentrated flavours – between bitter and sweet characteristic of citrus peel.
