The 2023 Domaine du Roc des Boutires Pouilly-Fuissé 1er Cru “Aux Bouthières” is an expressive 100% Chardonnay from the limestone-rich slopes of the Mâconnais. It shows a bright golden hue and a complex aromatic profile of citrus zest, jasmine, orange peel, and ripe stone fruit. The palate is round and gently unctuous, balancing richness with lively acidity and a precise mineral, saline finish that reflects the character of the terroir. Elegant and layered, it delivers both depth and freshness.

With just 4.2 hectares divided into 14 distinct terroirs on the Côte de Pouilly, the estate showcases the extraordinary diversity and richness of this renowned corner of southern Burgundy.
