A good representative of Pinot noir reds from the Hautes Cotes de Beaune Burgundian appellation made from 40-year-old vineyards. As a curiosity, it undergoes a double aging (on the one hand in barrels that have 8 uses and on the other in vats). Its present tannins do not mask its highly mature fruit profile, which is the main hallmark of this wine.
