Jura Cotes du Jura Savagnin Domaine Courbet
A cuvée made of purchased grapes; this wine is the vision of David and Damien’s Savagnin on the vintage, it is a blend on the terroirs of Passenans, Château-Chalon and Arbois. The vines are managed in sustainable agriculture and harvested manually, the grapes are vinified in Damien Courbet’s cellar in Nevy-sur- Seille. Direct pressing, vinification in old barrels, aging for 18 months in stainless steel vats.
