Delivery Information

Prices are quoted in Singapore Dollars, inclusive of prevailing GST (Goods and Services Tax).

1. FREE DELIVERY FOR ORDERS $165 AND ABOVE. Delivery fee of $20 applies for orders below $165.

2. No minimum amount for each order.

3. Deliveries: Next day delivery for orders received before 2pm. For some products requesting special preparation (cold cuts, roasts, portion meat) we may need 2 days time for delivery.

4. Delivery time: From 10HAM Monday to Saturday (No deliveries will be made on Sunday and Public Holidays)

5. Items offered are subject to availability at the time of the order.

6. We will endeavour to fulfil specific delivery day request but will not be held liable for delays beyond our control.

7. Customers duty: to check every items carefully before signing off the delivery note & to reject non-conformance items on the spot.

Delivery Notice:

Our standard deliveries are handled by our own drivers and take place between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM, following planned routes. As such, we’re unable to guarantee exact delivery times due to factors like traffic, weather, or delays at previous stops.

If you prefer a faster delivery, you may opt to use Lalamove, a third-party service. Please note that additional delivery fees apply and must be paid directly to Lalamove upon delivery.

To request this option, simply write the following in the remarks section at checkout:
“I prefer to use delivery byLalamove. I agree to pay the delivery fee upon receipt.”
