PRODUCTS ACCEPTANCE

The French Grocer would like to advise our customers to check all products carefully upon delivery.

If there are any instances when there is a wrong product or delivery of a product under the wrong storage condition, please highlight immediately to the delivery team and reject the item. Once Delivery Order is signed, the delivery is considered as accepted.

In case of products, orders, rejected by customer, THE FRENCH GROCER will issue a full refund of the costs or the products, orders, or will replace what has been rejected if requested by customer.
