Founded in 1991, Château Devise d’Ardilley is a relatively young but dynamic estate in the Haut-Médoc appellation. Equipped with modern winemaking facilities, the vineyard plots have been gradually regrouped and replanted to maximize quality and expression.
In 2000, the property was acquired by Madeleine and Jacques Philippe, fulfilling their lifelong dream of becoming winegrowers. Their dedication quickly paid off: in the 2003 classification, Château Devise d’Ardilley earned the prestigious Cru Bourgeois status, a recognition of its consistent quality.
Today, the estate produces wines that reflect the classic Haut-Médoc style: Cabernet Sauvignon-driven blends with structure, freshness, and ageing potential, complemented by supple Merlot for balance and approachability.
