Ingredients: US Beef Ribs, black peppered, herbs and braising jus. Garnished seasonal roasted vegetables – all to be frozen and presented in an aluminium tray
Shelf-life: frozen up to 3 months from the production date
Ideal for 5 to 6 persons
1) Thaw beef and vegetables an hour before reheating*
2) Remove plastic lid before reheating.
3) Place aluminium tray with beef and vegetables in fan oven at 160°C / 356°F for 45 minutes. (temperature may various according to size and model of the oven).
4) Ready to serve (otherwise can keep warm in oven at 90°C till consumption.
*After thaw, must consume within 3 days
