Grape: 70% Merlot, 30% Cabernet Sauvignon
Tasting notes:The 2016 Reserve Francis Couselle from Chateau Thieuley has a fragrant, quite floral bouquet with blackberry and dark plum fruit, well defined and Margaux-like in style. The palate is medium-bodied with supple tannin, almost citrus-fresh black and red fruit with a touch of spice towards the finish. This is brimming with energy and it should drink well for several years after bottling.
