Frozen whole piece of Rolled of pork belly 1.4 KG, is one of the popular family gathering dishes. It comes into a whole piece (frozen). To make cooking more easier, we prepared the pork roll in our version of “roulade’, rolled with chorizo “Spanish spices”. Precooked sous vide to maintain juicy and tender. (this is not the crispy version of Asian roasted pork roll)
