Veal is the meat of young cattle, as opposed to beef from older cattle. Dutch milk fed veal loin chops and are delicious braised or pan fried. They are one of the leanest and most protein rich meat cuts available. This is a delicately flavoured meat that goes well with herbs as herbes de Provence, Rosemary.
