Parmigiano Reggiano PDO is produced exclusively in the provinces of Parma, Reggio Emilia and Modena and parts of the provinces of Mantua and Bologna, in the plains, hills and mountains located between the Po and Reno rivers.

Colla S.p.a. began its activity in 1921 in a small dairy in Cadeo, in the province of Piacenza, and today is renowned throughout Italy for its excellence. The strength of this business lies in its ability to pursue growth and expansion without ever forgetting its roots. Roots planted by Giuseppe Colla in that far-off year of 1921.
