It bears the name Sire de Pons. Madeleines are handmade here to perpetuate the memory of the marzipans of yesteryear. They are then sold out of the station in little carts bearing the cookie factory’s colors.

With nearly a dozen permanent recipes, there’s something for every taste: with or without chocolate, fruity flavors, or the traditional pure butter madeleine. You can find our products in supermarkets or directly on our online store.
Our unrivalled recipe combines the crunch of dark chocolate and the softness of the madeleine with its good taste of butter. It is difficult to resist this delicacy which has been seducing the greatest number of people since 1973.
We try to do better with less in every one of our pastries. That’s why we don’t add coloring, artificial flavoring or palm oil, and why we rigorously select our ingredients.
