AXURIA – PREMIUM LAMB WITH EXCEPTIONAL MEAT
AXURIA’s milk fed lambs are exclusively reared in grazing land of the BasqueValley of Soule, Pyrenees.
The lambs come from three ancient breeds and are born and raised on a single farm with centuries-old traditions and experience.
The lamb feeds exclusively on its mother’s milk and raised for a maximum of 45 days and 11kg. It has ‘Label Rouge’ and IGP accreditation and the rose coloured meat is light and tender with a delicate flavour, perfect for a
showstopping signature dish.
