The Kebabsmith was borne of Meghna Mohan’s desire to create delicious food and share it with others around her. Meghna is a professionally trained chef who has lived and worked in restaurants all over the world.
Bite sized pieces of chicken seekh wrapped in puff pastry, par baked and flash frozen. A spin off of the famous “pigs in a blanket” or “toad in a hole”.
Cooking suggestions – Do not thaw. Bake in a preheated oven at 190 degrees Celsius for 8-10 minutes.
