The Kebabsmith was borne of Meghna Mohan’s desire to create delicious food and share it with others around her. Meghna is a professionally trained chef who has lived and worked in restaurants all over the world.
Cocktail sized triangular puff pastry stuffed with a masala mutton keema and caramelised onions. They are par baked and flash frozen.
Cooking suggestions – Do not thaw. Bake in a preheated oven at 190 degrees Celsius for 8-10 minutes.
Serve for a cocktail party or hi-tea with a side of tomato ketchup.
