The Kebabsmith was borne of Meghna Mohan’s desire to create delicious food and share it with others around her. Meghna is a professionally trained chef who has lived and worked in restaurants all over the world.
These crowd pleasing kebabs are delicious patties of chicken and chana dal cooked together with a blend of spices.These Kebabs derive their name from the hindi/urdu word for evening – “Shaam”. These frozen shami kebabs are made in small batches without any preservatives.
