In this special showcase, we bring to you three very special cheese from Italy: Parmigiano Reggiano, Grana Padano and Sbiancato Hard Cheese. Grana Padano:

This cheese is made from unpasteurised cow’s milk and originates from the Po River Valley in Italy. It belongs to the Parmesan family of cheese. Containing a fat content of between 39% and 41%, its texture can be considered slightly grainy and crumbly. Flavour wise, it is subtly fruity – easy on the palette!

Parmigiano Reggiano:
